Course Description

In this session, you will learn the most important keyboard shortcuts for QuickBooks such as dating shortcuts, inline calculators, navigating through fields within a transaction (TAB/ SHIFT+TAB). You will understand the process of importing vendors/payees from an Excel file into QuickBooks to speed up the data entry process especially when downloading transactions via bank feeds. You will also learn how to quickly enter data via a bank register through a combination of keyboard shortcuts.  Finally, you will learn the Windows menu-based shortcuts that help you navigate the software as a whole.
